Cresset Community Farm Beef
These are our own animals.The animals are pasture and hay
fed without hormones or antibiotics and are allowed to
range on pasture all spring, summer and fall. Our butcher
slaughters the animals here on the farm and then takes them
to an USDA‐approved facility in Loveland to cut, package
and freeze the meat. You may purchase the whole, half or
quarter of the animal.
Fresh Organic Bread
Ursula bakes European style farm bread. You are in for a
real treat with Ursula’s Farm Bread. Ursula starts soaking
and fermenting the grain the day before baking, in the
traditional manner. This process improves the digestibility
of the bread, and gives it a delicious taste and aroma. All
of the ingredients are organically grown. Sourdough Rye,
Spelt Rye Sunflower, Yeast Sponge Sunflower Seed, Spelt
Raisin, Light Spelt, Pumpkin Spelt.
